I spent more than two weeks here, and the location suited me well as an Indian traveler looking for Indian restaurants nearby. Staff were polite and respectful, and my room was cleaned daily. The front desk checked each day whether I wanted housekeeping, which was a nice surprise. One thing to know, the full charge was taken from my credit card at check-in. I had to ask the desk for toiletry and shaving kits every day. Drinking water wasn’t provided, and there was no bottle or flask in the room, so I had to buy water elsewhere. Although there was a microwave and refrigerator, no utensils were supplied. I also asked about getting Willow TV streaming, but was told it couldn’t be added. The staff were courteous, though I didn’t find them especially helpful when I needed assistance.

Breakfast was a nice start to the day, with fresh, well-stocked choices from hot dishes to lighter options. Our room was clean and well kept, just what we needed after traveling. The person who checked us in was warm and accommodating, gave clear instructions, and answered all our questions. We stayed at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Santa Clara from June 18 to June 19 and had a very pleasant visit. Kudos to Ms. Mary and her staff. We’d recommend the hotel for a comfortable stay and good service.

We were worn out after our trip when we arrived at the San Jose airport last June 180-19, but the staff made check-in easy. The lobby was well organized and our room was spotless. Ms. Mary helped make the stay memorable, and I still think about that exquisite bacon at breakfast. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Santa Clara by IHG had lovely rooms and service. I’ll definitely be back.

It felt safe around the hotel, and we could walk to nearby restaurants and shops in the plaza. We stayed a week and found the place clean and comfortable, with friendly, helpful staff across the front desk, breakfast, and housekeeping. Our room was spacious, and the bathroom looked recently renovated. There was plenty of free parking, and the complimentary hot breakfast was well prepared; the dining area stayed clean. The gym was clean and up to date too. One of my best hotel stays.

My room faced the back and was really quiet. It was a short, relaxing stop on a business trip, with a clean, friendly feel. Breakfast was the usual complimentary kind, but it was well organized. I’d choose it again for my next trip.
