I arrived really late and didn't know what to do, but the front desk staff were kind and helped me find my room. In the morning, another very kind front desk man helped me as well. There were lots of cameras around, which reassured me and helped me feel safe. For the price, it was worth it. I'd stay again.

It was quiet, the staff were really nice, and I got a good night's sleep. It's a Motel 6, so let's not get too excited.

It's Motel 6, but the service was five-star. The man at the desk was so sweet and polite. It was surprisingly quiet at night, I felt safe, and I'd stay again.

The company is trash. I canceled well before the cancellation deadline, but they still won't return my money. They said they don't charge when you book, or that I went through a third party, even though the email and merchant information are theirs. I had to dispute the charge to try to get my money back. They admitted fault after I showed proof, but I still had to go through my bank. Thieves!

They said the room I'd booked wasn't available, then charged me extra for a different one. It was filthy, with cigarette burns in the bedspread, and there was no shampoo. The clerk was unfriendly and did nothing to help with my original reservation. The area seemed rough, judging by the protective plexiglass at the desk. The clerk was hard to hear and made no effort to speak up or help.
