Kennedy did my daughter's highlights, haircut, and style, and she was wonderful. She really connected with her. My daughter and I both got pedicures, and Abbie gave me an amazing leg and foot massage that I badly needed. We spent the afternoon there and had a great time. The service was incredible. Jacki gave me one of the best full-body massages I've had. She was kind and checked in with questions to make sure I was comfortable. I booked 50 minutes, and she gave careful attention to everything, from my arms and hands to my legs, calves, feet, scalp, face, and back. She focused especially on the sore or troublesome spots I'd mentioned. I highly recommend booking with Jacki.

We appreciated how friendly and welcoming the staff were, and the dated facilities weren't a big deal for us. The shellac service was more concerning. We chose it because it was supposed to last around two weeks, but my mom's polish started peeling the very next day. Other reviews make it seem like this may not be an isolated problem, so the spa might want to reconsider or refresh that service. We were also there for six hours and the only refreshment offered was a small plastic cup of water. It's a small detail, but touches like that can add to the experience. The kind staff couldn't quite make up for service that fell short of what we expected from a full-day spa.

I've been going to this salon for highlights for over five years and wouldn't go anywhere else. It's a cute little hidden gem in Saugatuck, with the sweetest people and a fabulous job every time.
