Baymont by Wyndham Savannah South

The keys kept getting disabled, so we had to stop at the front desk every time we came back. Housekeeping also started banging on doors at 9am, even though checkout was at 11. Breakfast was basically machine coffee, stale cereal, and three lonely Danimals yogurts. We had no hot water for the whole stay, and the walls and paintings had mold and goo on them. The nightstand had a thick, wet red substance on it. I reported everything and asked for part of the cost back because the room was unlivable and advertised services weren’t provided. They basically told me it sucked to suck. I’m past caring about the refund, but I’ll contact Wyndham about the mold being a health hazard. Do. Not. Stay. Here.

The hotel and rooms were clean, and the location was really convenient. We were satisfied with our stay and had no complaints. I’d stay here again if I’m in the area.

I booked after seeing the rating and reviews, so I’m really upset. There was dirt on the sheets, huge stains on the bedding, and stains on every towel. The room smelled moldy, and there was mold along the shower. The drain had been removed and plugs itself when you put it back. It didn’t look like anyone had even tried to clean the place. WiFi barely worked, and there was no data service inside. I wouldn’t be surprised to wake up to bed bugs. If I could afford another hotel, I’d leave. This is terrible.

We lasted about 20 minutes before checking back out. I pulled down the blankets and a bug crawled out right away, though I didn’t get a photo. The mattress covers were stained, as the photos show. We left without a refund and went to the hotel across the street.
