I did the required timeshare presentation, but the company didn’t deliver all the gifts it promised. Hilton Honors points were part of the incentive, and several staff members acknowledged that and assured me the points would be added. They never showed up. I made several follow-up calls and wasted more of my time, only to be told I “should not have left,” even though they hadn’t delivered what we agreed on. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch and was completely unacceptable. Don’t leave until you’ve received every promised gift, and don’t invest in a lifetime vacation package with a company that won’t honor its commitments.

We couldn’t get the presidential suite we’d reserved, which was disappointing. The suite they moved us to was nice, but too small for what we wanted.

We’re Bluegreen owners, and this resort didn’t feel like anything special. There’s no pool or hot tub. The rooms were okay and the bed was good, but the couch was very uncomfortable and the living room needed more seating. Valet parking costs $40 a day, and the men were rude. We waited forever for the car, then had to drive around the city for 30 minutes and wait for the front desk girl to “find” the valet driver. It was ridiculous. When he came off the elevator, he had a bad attitude and made snide comments, and he’d acted that way earlier in the day too. We definitely won’t return.

Dawn helped us map out a few days around the city and even booked most of the activities we wanted with discounts. The welcome service was amazing. It’s a great place right downtown, with its own rooftop hangout spot and great views.
