We were in Savannah for friends' wedding, and this Courtyard by Marriott on West Liberty Street was convenient for downtown. The exterior is lovely, and the Savannah History Museum is about a five-minute walk away, while Old Fort Jackson is roughly 4.4 miles away, according to Google's overview of this Marriott hotel. The common areas were pleasant and well maintained, and the staff were kind, responsive, and helpful throughout. Our stay was good, though not great. The room's A/C didn't work on the first night, which made things uncomfortable for my boyfriend and me. The bathroom also felt outdated and could use a design refresh. With some room updates and more consistent climate control, the property could offer an even better visit.

We had a great time here for our soccer tournament, and all the staff were considerate and kind. The front desk ladies were especially wonderful. Alisha and another lovely woman helped us get Tylenol and snacks. Sorry I didn't catch your name, but you were awesome!

The staff were friendly and went out of their way to suggest places to eat and visit. They even helped track down things I thought I'd lost. Our room was very clean, and the service was great. I'd recommend staying here.

The room was comfortable and seemed very clean, and the clerk was super nice. But check-in took far too long. Our group of four arrived around 2 AM after airline delays, and each person took 10 to 15 minutes to get through. After such a long travel day, we just wanted to get to bed. Once I got home, I noticed a charge to my room that I hadn't made. I called to explain that I hadn't eaten at the restaurant and ask about it. They said a manager would call me, but I'm still waiting. Poor service.

The rooms were nice and well-appointed, and the hotel is handy for the Civic center. But the road noise was ridiculous. Loud vehicles went by all night and kept waking me, as if the window were open. Parking was expensive, and we were told it would be comped because my dad uses a wheelchair. Each time I checked the vehicle in, they still tried to charge me, so I had to explain again. The supervisor said I shouldn't have been told that, but honored it. Even so, the hotel tried charging us again after the stay, which meant another phone call. There was no continental breakfast, which should be included at this price.
