The pool area doesn't open until 9:00 am, which is frustrating, and the hot tub only fits two people. Breakfast runs from 6:30-9:30 am. In the room, the bed was hard as plywood, the bathroom had old tile and 1960s-style handles, and there was no exhaust fan. The toilet seemed close to overflowing whenever it was flushed. The heat stayed on until I switched it off myself. At least there was heat, but I won't stay here again.

The value for the price was a real plus, and I’d gladly book here again. It’s also in a handy spot for shopping and getting around Schaumburg. The hotel felt modern and was very clean, and the rates make sense for either a short visit or a longer stay. I’d recommend it.

Breakfast was better than average, and the kitchen attendants kept the food stocked. We also had a nice, roomy room. The property was clean and well maintained, with easy access and plenty of parking. I wish every Quality Inn were this good.

We had a group meeting, and the meeting rooms worked perfectly for our size. The rates seemed fair, and breakfast was solid, with eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, and more. The rooms were cozy. The location is the big draw, with lots of places within walking distance. Just keep in mind the gym is basically two treadmills.

We had trouble at the desk after midnight when the key card caused an issue. There was no staff around, and our calls went unanswered while we stood outside in the freezing cold. The indoor pool smell also reaches the downstairs rooms, unfortunately. Aside from that, it’s a good place for families, friends, or couples. The bathroom felt a little cramped, and breakfast was just okay.
