I would give this zero stars if I could. The room was so nasty, and the photos really do show what the rooms look like. It was supposed to be nonsmoking, but both polyester comforters had huge burn holes. There was a spider in one of the beds. The hotel refused to refund me, saying I hadn’t notified them after finding it.

Be careful. We came on Friday with my wife and three kids, expecting a room with two beds, but they gave us one with only one. They said they couldn’t do anything or move us to another two-bed room because none was available, so I slept in the car with my son. The next day, Saturday, they gave us a two-bed room but wanted to charge an extra $200 after we’d already paid. I don’t recommend this place. There were cockroaches in the rooms, and I’ve heard other people had problems too, not just me.

The room was dirty, smelly, and hot, and the toilets looked disgusting. The front desk seemed confused and not very smart. They mixed up my room and put me on the second floor, surrounded by men and nowhere near my coworkers. I asked three times whether a first-floor room was available, and the clerk said no. After I found out he’d lied, I asked for that room, but he said no and gave it to someone else. It was the worst hotel experience. The place really looked like people get trafficked there. Never again.

Someone used my information to book a room at this hotel. When I called, they told me they couldn’t help and to call the police or something. Very unprofessional. I hope whoever Kwasi O’Neal is gets their life together.
