The kids had a great time with the arcade and the activities during the week. Tie-dyeing shirts and choosing their own designs afterward was one of their favorite memories. The activities coordinator was so sweet and accommodating, which made it even more fun for them. We also loved the spacious rooms and the layout, which worked well for our family. There are four pools, including one for guests 21 and over, so we could choose between family fun and a quieter setting. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Club Vacations Scottsdale Resort, and would definitely come back in a heartbeat.

Manny made a great first impression at check-in. He acknowledged us while helping another customer, then apologized for the wait and quickly sorted out a few hiccups with a smile. We've stayed at hotels all over the world, and he was one of the most genuine people we've met in hospitality. His customer service stood out. Our two-bedroom villa was spacious and very clean, with two bathrooms that worked really well for our family. It had everything we needed, from dish soap and sponges to washing machine detergent and plenty of towels. We liked that the pools stayed open until 10pm, especially during the heatwave, and the activity room was fun for all ages. It was a wonderful stay from start to finish, and we can't wait to come back.

We used the resort for a Mother's Day weekend staycation and were pleasantly surprised by how nice it and its amenities were. Building 3 was very clean, the rooms were huge, and the king bed was surprisingly comfortable for a hotel. The grounds were clean too. The main pool was great for the kids, and the activity room had fun crafts for my girls. The onsite restaurant was pretty good. I'd like to see the menu updated, and breakfast would be a great addition. I'd return.

Marissa, who worked in the restaurant, was amazing. We had mocktails, and she added herbs and told us rosemary goes with grapefruit. It was cool to learn they grow rosemary at the resort. The pools were nice, though the hot tub wasn't hot enough. The hotel was clean and nice, but I would have liked an elevator. It felt a little empty, and there's only one restaurant. The area was quiet. We enjoyed a little hiking and time downtown, though most of the things we wanted to see were in Sedona or farther away.

We had a good-value family stay over Memorial Day weekend at the Holliday Inn Club Vacation. It was hot, but the grounds had four pools, two water slides, lots of water activities for kids, and an arcade. There was also a pool just for adults. We had a great time.
