Hilton Motif Seattle

The room was nice, and we enjoyed the restaurant and breakfast. The location worked perfectly for getting to the convention center or Pike Market. We were also pleased that, despite arriving early, we could check in and go straight to our room. The key cards were a real hassle, though. The first set didn’t work for either the elevator or the room. My digital key opened the room but not the elevator, and replacement cards failed too. Someone from my floor happened to be going down, which let us get to the 15th floor. I hope Hilton Motif can sort this out. Until then, I may need to choose another Hilton.

The location was nearly perfect for our Seattle trip. We could walk almost everywhere we wanted, and it’s a great spot if you want to be in the center of things. Check-in took a long time because one person was working the desk and the guest ahead of me had a credit card problem. When another representative arrived, they helped a new group without acknowledging that I’d been waiting first. The service I eventually got was adequate. Our first room was too warm at night because we couldn’t control the AC. We called the desk the next day, and although someone was supposedly sent while we were out, it still wasn’t working when we returned. After we called again, the manager moved us to a room with a working thermostat, which I appreciated. Water pressure was very low in both rooms, though a bit better in the second. We were busy exploring, so we didn’t use any of the features covered by the extra fee charged at check-in. I can see the services being useful for business travelers, but for us that fee was a waste.

The room was a comfortable, thoughtfully designed place to rest after a full day exploring Seattle, and the location made it easy to get around. From arrival on, the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive. Hilton Motif Seattle is modern, clean, and beautifully maintained, with a calm, stylish atmosphere that felt well managed. The team seemed to care about the guest experience, and our stay went smoothly. We’d happily come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Those little umbrellas in every closet for guests were one of my favorite touches, perfect for walking around Seattle. The beds were extremely comfortable, the lobby looked stylish, and the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. The Motif Hotel is quiet, clean, and in a great spot, just a short walk from Pike Place Market. There are also cute bakeries and coffee shops right across the street. I had a great stay and would definitely come back.
