We had a quiet, comfortable four-night stay with no issues, and didn't see or hear another guest until our last day. Our suite was in a very safe area with easy access to lots of attractions. The room matched the listing: very clean, with excellent AC, a mini refrigerator, coffee maker, private bath, and a firm but comfortable bed. Downstairs, the shared kitchen was remarkably clean and seldom used. I made coffee there in the mornings with my own ground coffee instead of the pods in the room. The kitchen has a well-stocked spice rack, basics like salt, sugar, and coffee filters, plenty of pots, pans, and cooking utensils, plus two refrigerators, which would be handy for a group. Front office communication was simple. For breakfast, The Bay Cafe was wonderful and the servings huge. I can also recommend hiking through Discovery Park, just beautiful. I'd be pleased to stay here again.

We had a pleasant one-night stay in the Palpatine Sith Lord Suite, and it had everything we needed in the room or the kitchen downstairs. The owner kept in very good contact, and the neighborhood was nice. The suite was just as advertised. I'd stay here again, or perhaps try one of the other movie Airbnb's available through Vince's rentals.

The security was excellent, but the people upstairs were extremely loud and sounded like they were wearing heavy shoes. The listing photos made it look like a complete apartment, while what we got had a shared kitchen. There weren't any of the usual Airbnb basics like coffee or tea bags, either. We didn't expect to be charged a $47 cleaning fee right before check-in. This didn't feel like the value we expect from a typical Airbnb. We stay in many and won't return here.
