The rooftop, local artwork, and thoughtful little touches in the rooms all made this place feel like a breath of fresh air. It’s beautifully put together, and it’ll always be my favorite spot for a staycation. Aurora and Michael added to the experience with their hospitality, putting a pretty little bow on a real gift of a space.

The rooftop bar is a lovely place to unwind at the end of the day, with a nice atmosphere and good views. The rooms are gorgeous and cozy, and the gym is clean and well maintained. Every staff member I met was kind, gracious, and fun. Easily my favorite place to stay in Seattle.

loved staying here! Everything feels fresh since the hotel opened this year, and the service was great. Everyone was friendly and attentive. The style is just what I like, modern and calming but still full of character, with beautiful greenery all around. Highly recommend!

The place itself is nice, but the service was awful. At check-in, the front desk staff didn't know how to handle our gift card, and we stood there for 15 minutes while they tried to figure it out. Later, they charged an extra $600 because they added the gift card amount to my bill instead of subtracting it. When I called for a refund, they couldn't say for sure what would happen and told me a manager would have to call back. Their front desk needed a manager several times because staff didn't seem trained. We were told we could get complimentary coffee each morning, but were charged when we ordered it at the restaurant. Nobody had explained that we needed to go into another room and order directly at the coffee bar for the coffee to be complimentary. Guests shouldn't have to figure out those details themselves.
