Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Seneca Falls

The beds were extremely comfortable, but the rest of the stay was disappointing. Trash overflowed in our room during the three nights we were there. When I asked for towels, the front desk complained about having to get them and handed them over straight from the dryer, not folded. I won't stay here again.

Everything was pleasant, from the accommodating staff to the cozy, clean room. The bed was comfortable, and there was a coffee maker, blow dryer, iron, and toiletries. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again.

The staff were superb and very helpful, and the room was cleaner than some pricier, nicer hotels I've stayed in. Inside, it seemed updated for an older place, though major renovations are coming soon. Breakfast was good for what it was, enough that you wouldn't leave hungry or thirsty. They also gave us two discount coupons for local businesses at check-in, a nice touch. I'd suggest brightening up the exterior and parking area.

The staff were really friendly. Pillows were hard, and there wasn't a fridge or microwave in the room, though you can use one in the lobby. For a quick stay and a place to sleep, the room was decent. Not a bad place.
