The price and location were decent, but the workers weren’t so good. Even though we’d asked for no service, someone went into our room and took my shampoo and the bags I use for dirty clothes. They shouldn’t have entered in the first place. It was noisy, too. Whenever a door opened, it sounded like someone was coming into our room. I won’t be back.

The free breakfast had good options, and the staff’s customer service was five-star all the way. Their kindness made the inconveniences worth it. We had two rooms for our family; one TV had no sound. They tried to fix it and offered us another room, but we wanted to stay together. In that same room, the shower had no handle, only a bolt you could turn. Housekeeping should have noticed and had these things fixed before giving the room to guests.

The continental breakfast ends at 9am, which is ridiculous when checkout is at 11 and other hotels I’ve stayed at serve it until 10. At $160.00 a night, this isn’t even a cheap place. The pillows looked unwashed, the comforter smelled a bit, and the shower curtain seemed like it had never been washed. It still had its new creases, so there’s no way they’d just put it in the room. When I opened the refrigerator, it fell out of its cabinet. The cabinet was crumbling, and my foot could have been smashed.

We found bed bugs in both rooms. The staff were respectful and refunded our money, but we still won’t ever come back.
