Studio 6 Extended Stay Cincinnati Sharonville OH

My stay was enjoyable until checkout. They require a $100 deposit, and only accept card, but Dwayne, who checked me in around 10pm, took my $100 cash and never told me cash wasn't allowed. At checkout, the woman at the desk was confused when I asked for the deposit back, then explained the no cash rule. They couldn't find the money in the front desk drawer or anywhere else, so they had to call him. I waited 15 mins for him to come back with my deposit, which he had taken with him. It was really upsetting, and I won't be back. I don't recommend staying here.

There were roaches everywhere when my son walked into the room, so he slept in his car. The room cost over $100, and they still refused a refund. We called the 1-800 number and were told to contact the manager in the morning and leave the keys in the room. We did that, but they said no because they couldn't tell when we had left. The assistant manager was lovely and helpful, but her hands were tied. Very disappointing. I wish I could give zero stars.

I've been sending my guys to this location for the pass few years because the staff are great. The manager is phenomenal. I've seen her out salting the parking lot at 2, 3 in the morning, and digging and shoveling guest cars out during a winter storm. We nearly pulled our teams from this location because the lot was in such condition we couldn't get our work vehicles out, but seeing her team out there working like that convinced us to stay. Workers like that don't get flowers enough.

Late at night, I’d open my door and get hit with the smell of marijuana. The rooms are supposed to be nonsmoking. I don’t know if it was happening on every floor, but it definitely happened on mine. Staff couldn’t work out which room it was coming from, though they did try.
