Quiet and cozy, with lovely decorations and amazing shower pressure. My husband and I liked it so much that we came back a month later for another business trip. It’s close to Pismo Beach and downtown activities. Eat at wooleys!!!! The heated pool’s great for a swim and a chance to relax. Lovely hotel, and the price feels right.

Connie gave us such a warm welcome. Our room was tastefully decorated, spotless, and comfortable, with all sorts of thoughtful extras: toiletries, earplugs, a cooler with ice, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and even popcorn. There was also a cozy electric fireplace and air conditioning. We really enjoyed our stay, and I’d happily recommend this hotel near Pismo Beach.

We came back in 2026 and still love the clean, really nice motel room. It’s family friendly, with a peaceful community right next door. I think this could be a new tradition for me, my lady, and our baby, lol. The area’s great, too. It’s a bit of a walk to the pier, but we’d definitely stay here again.

We stayed in room #6 and wished we could have stayed longer. The heated pool was perfect for our family of 4, and the beds were so comfortable and luxurious. The staff were friendly and helpful, and welcomed us with fresh ice, popcorn, and hot chocolate packets for the kids. Beautiful rooms in a wonderful location, within walking distance of restaurants and a short drive from Avila Beach.

This little motel is in a nice spot, an easy walk to the beach and some lovely local coffee shops and stores. Our room was very clean, the area quiet, the bed comfortable, and parking was free. The shower pressure was a bit weak, and it took a long time for the hot water to come through. Maybe that’s just how the water works in this area. Cleanliness and comfort were the main things for us.
