The later front desk person was rude to someone asking a basic question, then was rude to me as well. Staff need more training in speaking kindly and respectfully to guests and meeting them where they are. Earlier, with my wallet lost, I showed the physical credit card I used to book with, bearing my name; my Apple ID on my iPhone with my photo, name, and the email address where the confirmation was sent; photocopies of my passport and driver’s license; and people at the front desk with rooms who vouched for me. I understand the policy requires proper identification, but these should have been acceptable. The staff member stubbornly focused on being “right” instead of serving the customer, and spoke to and treated me with disrespect. Hospitality depends on how you treat people. Management was rude and unkind, and treated guests terribly. It may be convenient, but support another hotel in the area. Don’t stay here.

The rooms are nice and clean, and it’s fine if all you need is a place to sleep. The pool is small, though, and the waterslide is slow and boring.

The staff seemed great from what I saw, but there were quite a few problems. A group of us women had rooms for an event and could use the meeting room. The pool was closed, several people had room issues, and the elevator stopped working, among other things.

It took more than two weeks before I could speak to a manager, and the customer service was terrible. I cleaned up, vacuumed, put everything in a pile, collected the garbage, and even asked for bags, but they still kept my security deposit over spilled yogurt. That’s literally what happened. Expect another $75 added to your stay. I strongly recommend staying away. I’ll never be back.
