Ten35 Seaside Rentals

We hated to leave Residence 310. The porch looked out to the ocean, the beds were comfortable, the furniture was cozy, and the kitchen was stocked with plenty to use. There were three bathrooms, and the place exceeded our expectations. We could easily walk to the exercise room, pool, jacuzzi, beach, bars, restaurants and ice cream. The beach chair and umbrella staff knew us by name and had our setup ready each morning. The cleaning crew and groundskeepers were all cordial. Team Alex/Marta are a host's dream. They fixed my double booking at Ten35 and another booking at a previous location, though I still can't tell what I did wrong online. Late check-in was easy, and both of them checked on us the next morning. Alex and Marta are such a gem of a team that I offered to work for free as their personal assistant. Thank you all! Marta and her team kept us well informed with daily updates and stayed on top of things. Our family had a great experience, and the condos, 506 and my parents' 502, were spotless, well equipped and in a great location with stunning views. They had beach toys, coolers and plenty of towels, which made flying in easy. Direct beach access, nearby restaurants and shops, pools, hot tubs and other resort-style facilities made the stay especially convenient. Thank you for looking after us.

Unit 502 was perfect for four couples, and the newer complex seemed to have thought of almost everything. Marta answered questions and requests very quickly. It's a beautiful place in a great spot for both the beach and restaurants.

The unit itself was beautiful, with upscale furnishings, plenty of space for my family of four, and a mid-stay cleaning that was a nice surprise. We were welcomed warmly with a tour of the facilities, including the pool, covered parking, gym and beach, plus recommendations for our visit. Being right on the beach made it easy to move between the pool and the shore throughout the day. We also found Longboat Key and Anna Maria Island very close by. Everything from the service and accommodation to the location was top-notch during our stay in unit 302 last summer. It was our first time in Siesta Key, and we'll definitely return. We loved the relaxed beach town feel and lack of congestion compared with the 30A route. We'd highly recommend checking out this unit.
