The room was near the lobby, but we hardly heard anything, and the bed was super comfortable. Everything was clean, and the staff made a great first impression. They greeted us, got us checked in quickly, and answered our questions without making us feel like a bother. We’ll definitely stay here again. Thanks!

I was in Sioux City on an extended work stay, and the management and staff were helpful and accommodating. My room was a good size, and the whole place was kept clean. Breakfast ran daily from 5 to 10 a.m., with options like protein, fruit, cereal, bread, tea, and coffee, so there was pretty much something for everyone. The location worked well for me, just off the highway and a short distance from restaurants and stores. The room also had a microwave, fridge, ironing board, and hair dryer. The shower actually had good water pressure, not just a trickle like at some places.

I was on the third floor, where it was quiet and peaceful the whole week. The staff were very kind, and I have no complaints. I’ll stay here every time I’m passing through Sioux City.

At under $75, it’s about what you’d expect: an older place that’s been patched up, fine if you just need to crash and move on. Being near the interstate is convenient, but the area noise comes with it. The breakfast is advertised without making clear that it’s continental, and the choices are limited for what you might expect from a full breakfast. The pool was closed for renovation, and neither the website nor third-party sites warned us. That’s the main reason for the lower rating. If they add a notice about the pool, I’ll update this with another star.
