The desk agents were great, and the staff were nice. That's about all I can say for the place. I stayed one night, then had to find another hotel. The garage entrance was horrible, the walls were paper thin, and I kept waking up to outside noise and a drunk person yelling and banging on a hallway door. It felt like sleeping on the sidewalk. The AC setting switched between freezing and hot, never anything comfortable in between, so I spent all night putting on and taking off my sweater. The tub was stained, and the room reeked of heavy smoke. In my opinion, the hotel should be shut down. Easily my worst experience.

Free weekend parking was a plus, and the staff were polite, probably the best part of the stay. I've stayed here before, so I was really disappointed to see how run down it had become. Repairs are understandable, but they shouldn't book those rooms while work is underway. The luxury bath products couldn't even wash my hair once. We found a bug that looked like a bed bug and decided to check out before going to sleep. There was no overnight staff to talk to, with a lobby full of guests and another person besides us trying to leave for somewhere else.

The rooms were run down and full of cockroaches. I couldn't sleep, worried about something crawling on me or getting into my luggage. The room seemed to have been cleaned as well as it could be in that condition, and the man who checked us in was pleasant. That's the only good I can say. I'd sleep in my car before staying here again.

Damian, the front desk clerk, was friendly and is helping with my cancellation after we decided not to stay. The hotel is under construction, and parking has cost extra per day since 1/1/2021. Neither detail was mentioned on the Hotels.com listing when we booked. Our room looked very dated and dark, with no lights by the bed, and the shower was too small for my 6'4" son.

Front desk customer service was nice, and they tried to help, but there was little or no management to hear concerns or fix problems. The building is run down and poorly kept, housekeeping barely cleaned our room, and the grab-and-go breakfast was just yogurt in a bag. The main issue was a serious roach problem. I stayed for over a month, asked for three days for the maintenance guy to spray, and he never showed. I saw another woman complain about her black, discolored, dirty tub, but the older front desk supervisor did nothing. Parking was called free, but once you checked in there were signs everywhere saying weekdays cost extra each day. The skybridge is open to the public, so homeless and sketchy people use it. As a healthcare worker, I couldn't relax in those conditions. I slept with the lights on every night, afraid roaches would crawl on me in the dark. I definitely won't recommend that my company send traveling workers there.
