Cloud 9 Motel

The bathroom wasn't clean, the food was cold, and my daughter's bare feet came away black from walking on the carpet. I also couldn't sleep, with people partying right outside the door. Then they tried to charge us $200 for bedding and a mattress they said had been ruined by water. I'd rather sleep in my vehicle. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I paid $102 for two nights, but left the next morning after getting bitten by bed bugs and swelling up from the bites. They refused to return my money, and I felt scammed. Someone needs to call the health department about the huge bed bugs in those rooms.

I only ended up here because I was moving, it was -19 degrees, and this was the only nearby place that would let me bring my pet inside. The room was gross, stained everywhere, with a few dead roaches. The front door barely latched. A gang of bikers hung around outside partying all night, and I suspect one of them took things from my van. The bed was so nasty I slept on top of the covers fully dressed with my hood up. When people talk about their worst hotel stays, this is the one I bring up. Maybe it's an option if you're desperate or broke, but I wouldn't let your bags touch the floor. I can't imagine anyone calling those rooms clean, so I suspect reviews saying the place is nice or clean were written by the owners. And if they charge you for things you didn't break, dispute it with your card company. Please don't let people rip you off.

I spent weeks at a time here while doing pilot escort work for oversized loads, and the owners were always helpful and friendly. They often tried to put me in the same room by the laundry room. The older woman who cleaned the rooms was an absolute sweetheart. I don't understand the bad reviews.
