Natalie called us while we were on the way to apologize that they couldn’t meet our request for a first-floor room, but said they’d have a room ready. We arrived an hour and a half before check-in and were surprised they could take us that early. Natalie was the one who checked us in, and she was very welcoming. We were in SF for a basketball tournament, and Destiny, the night desk attendant, made the stay more fun. She cheered our team on when we went out and filled in the bracket when we got back. The motel was quiet, the elevators quick, and breakfast well supplied. The location worked perfectly for sporting events, concerts, or medical visits, and there’s plenty of green space if you have a dog. We really enjoyed the stay.

The hotel is connected right to the hospital, and parking is plentiful. Our room was fine, with a kitchenette and a decent bed, plus the shower had good pressure. Breakfast changed a bit during our few days there and was pretty good for something included. The gym was better than I expected for a 3-star hotel, and the pool and hot tub were nice extras. We didn't have housekeeping, so I can't speak to that.

The cleaning crew were friendly and quick to bring us whatever we needed. At the front desk, the afternoon staff member was especially kind and empathetic when I told her about my sister's hospital stay. Everyone was helpful and accommodating.

The room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were nice. The main floor didn't have any smell, but the third-floor hallway did. Everywhere I walked along that corridor, there was an odor like urine-soaked diapers left sitting too long. Otherwise, it was a nice place.

Breakfast came out hot and fresh, and the staff were so sweet and helpful. They really cared about what we needed and helped me feel comfortable while my loved one was in the hospital. Natalie at the front desk was amazing. Thank you, we'll definitely stay again.
