The manager who helped us was thoughtful and focused on my mother-in-law's safety. I appreciated that she worked out an accessible room for her instead of repeating that we had booked through a third party, as another manager had. I wish I'd caught her name, because her considerate service really stood out. We were in town for my niece's high school graduation, and my mother-in-law needed an accessible room. We had reserved a standard double without noting that need, and when she got to the room she couldn't step over the tub. At the desk, we learned the hotel had only a limited number of accessible rooms.

Ms Hilary was especially helpful. She kept bringing extra towels and rags when I asked and never complained. The staff were courteous in general, and their accommodating service made my stay at the Fairfield inn much easier.

The location suited our plans, but I wouldn't pick this hotel again. We could hear everything from the floor above, and the room smelled of body odor. There were food wrappers left behind by the previous guests, so it didn't seem to have been cleaned properly, if at all. There are other hotels at the same exit, and we'll try one of those next time.

The staff were the best part for me. Everyone was friendly and courteous, which really lifted the stay. My room was comfortable and very clean, and I enjoyed the breakfast too. It's also hard to beat the location just off I-95. I'll definitely be back.

Those cookies were a lovely little snack after traveling on the highway. The front desk staff were kind and accommodating, especially the manager, who was great. I wish I'd gotten her business card so I could mention her by name.
