The indoor pool was a big reason we picked this hotel, but the pool room was kept at 60F, so it was too cold for our kids to swim. The charge issue was worse. We found an extra $250 on our account and I called at least four times. Each time I gave my name and number and was told a manager would call, but two weeks later nobody had. One person said it was for a damaged TV. I asked for proof because it wasn't broken when my husband and I left at 6 am with our kids, who were 2 and 6 months old and couldn't reach it. They had no proof and said they hadn't seen a broken TV. My email confirmation was also $1.14 less than what I was charged, which is strange, though that small difference isn't what I'm upset about. I've given up trying to get a response, but I believe the hotel is scamming people and will keep telling others. I won't stay there again.

The building smelled like marijuana as soon as we got there. We had booked one night for four of us on February 14, in a king suite with a pullout sofa. When we opened it, there was a urine stain and food crumbs on the bed. The desk clerk said she couldn't move us because the manager wasn't working, and only offered clean sheets. My kids wouldn't sleep on that mattress and ended up on the floor. At checkout the next day, the manager offered just 15% off because of the unsanitary room and my children sleeping on the floor. I don't recommend Sleep Inn & Suites.
10/10
I liked the room, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had an issue with something in my room, and they moved me right away so they could fix it. People had mentioned a stuffy smell, but I didn't find the place stuffy at all. First thing I said after walking in, aside from noticing the pretty Christmas decorations, was that it smelled so good. I'd recommend it and would stay again if I'm back in Smyrna.

For a great price, we got a clean room, a really nice shower, a great pool, and very good breakfast. The people were friendly too.

The front desk lady was kind, and everything else was fine. Air quality wasn't great, though. They had a machine in the hallway spraying an air freshener, and it was way too strong. The stairwell had the best air.
