The staff are so friendly and helpful, and the facilities are very clean and secure. My service animals weren't allowed to stay because they bark too loudly when I'm out of the room and hear strange noises, so I was asked to leave. That was the one hiccup. I would have stayed the whole six months I needed if not for that. If you're looking for a clean, well-kept, professional place that's convenient to everything, I'd highly recommend WoodSpring suites in Smyrna Laverne.

For today's prices, it's not bad. The rooms are clean and free of bugs. If you're grateful for a warm, safe room with a dry roof over your head, it's just fine. Of course, there's plenty to complain about if that's what you're looking for.

The rooms were immaculate, and otherwise it was great. One issue: guest services leave at night, so there's nobody around to help. I checked in at 8 pm and didn't have a washcloth. It took a while to realize there wasn't 24/7 staff.

I made my reservation during the Nashville power outages. My power came back on, and the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you for being so kind during a stressful time!

The room was nice and clean, and the kitchenette came in handy. The staff were accommodating, and the night clerk and Damion were great to work with. Check-in was quick, and they stayed at the desk past normal business hours to help me.
