Hampton Inn Suites Snoqualmie

Traveling with three kids, it's not easy for us to find a hotel with comfortable rooms, but this one was even better than we expected. It's family friendly, clean, well maintained, and has a nice look to it. The service was wonderful. The front desk staff, especially manager Bolla, were attentive and lovely. Breakfast had a good variety, and the location works well for skiing at Snoqualmie pass and visiting a few other nice attractions nearby. We highly recommend it!

On our second stay here, the rooms were wonderful again, but it was the staff who really impressed us. Front desk manager Bolla Abdelmseh goes out of his way for guests, and Lily at the front desk deserves a mention too. This is our favorite hotel, and we're looking forward to coming back.

The rooms and facility were clean, and the complimentary breakfast was something our family enjoyed. It was a peaceful place, and everyone on staff greeted us professionally and kindly. On our last night, Friday, Feb 20, Steve especially stood out for being helpful, polite, and kind. I'd stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. Thank you.

We came back for a second visit, and the excellent staff still make this feel like great value. The mountain view, friendly people, clean facilities, and spacious queen studio gave our family of five plenty to like. Breakfast is a buffet, and the hardworking staff kept things refilled. The lobby also has coffee, tea, hot water, and Swiss Miss around the clock. Nearby restaurants and shops are easy to reach on foot, and Safeway is around the corner. There were some issues this time. The floors are thin, so footsteps from above carry, and we got a complaint that our room was too loud. The cabinet doors also make a lot of noise when shut. Our room hadn't been cleaned as well this visit, with food crumbs on the sofabed and near the beds, plus creepy stains on the beds. We also waited an hour for pool towels to be replenished.
