We loved the stay and the location was amazing. The front desk gave great service, and the cleaning staff did a great job coming in daily and leaving fresh towels. A couple of things could be better. The wall between the master bedroom and loft was paper thin, so we heard everything. Adding shiplap boards above the doorway into the master bath could help insulate the noise. The sponge at the sink was so cheap and awful that we went out and bought our own. We’ve rented at Western resorts for decades, and this was the first unit we’ve stayed in without any condiments or paper products. The cabinets and drawers had no leftover spices, olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar, napkins, Saran Wrap, or tinfoil. I understand the cleaning staff removes renters’ leftover food at the end of a stay, but they could leave some items behind instead of throwing everything away. A few changes like these would make the stay much more enjoyable.

The units are well appointed and have full kitchens, and the outdoor grills worked very well even in winter. You’re right on the slopes, and the on-site restaurant serves authentic German food. Service was excellent, the location superb, and the shuttle to town or the airport was very convenient. Staff were helpful with our luggage, too. Highly recommend!

This is our eighth year staying at Timberline, and we love the condos. The location and amenities are hard to beat. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, from the desk and housekeeping teams to the drivers of the transport vans, who are the best.

The vacation was ruined. The rooms were poorly advertised, very small, and had limited amenities for the price. Management and service were awful, too. They changed a policy between my booking and check-in that cost me hundreds of dollars more, without telling me before I arrived. When I tried to discuss it calmly with the GM, he was rude, aggressive, and unprofessional, and tried to blame me. He basically threatened to kick me out unless I paid what they demanded. The units are privately owned, and management seems to serve the owners while caring little about the clients renting them. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Stay anywhere else.

The room wasn’t big, but it worked well, and the ski location was great. Just know there’s no elevator, so you’ll have to carry your things up the stairs.
