AmericInn by Wyndham Williamsburg

We arrived around 10 pm for just one night. The front desk gentleman came right over, was friendly, and got us checked in fast. Everything felt inviting and very clean, including our room. The bed was comfortable and the night was quiet. We’ll recommend it and stay again.

The breakfast was warm, tasty, and had different options to suit our needs. We were there because our RV had broken down and needed service, and the staff were extremely friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and Jack, the general manager, was especially great. They let us add nights for us and our little dog Copper even though we didn’t know when we’d be able to leave. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel for any occasion.

The service stood out, professional and kind. Rooms were very clean, with comfortable beds and cozy pillows. The pool was just right, the hot tub was hot, and everything was tidy. The hot tub jets didn’t all work, so that’s why I’m giving four stars. The price was perfect too!

After 13 hours on the road, hearing other guests’ intimate activities through the walls was the last thing I wanted. We could hear too much between rooms, and pot smoke drifted into ours. The bathroom had a cockroach in the tub, dirty floors around the toilet, a dirty sink, and hair on my towel. The breakfast coffee thermoses were grimy, and the trash can by the front door was overflowing onto the sidewalk. In the dark, the busted sign made the driveway hard to find. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and the beds and pillows were comfy. I’ll give them that.
