The next morning we tried to find another hotel, but everywhere was booked. We were in town for an event and stayed here for two nights in February 2026, and I couldn't wait to leave. The room was filthy, with broken furniture, an old look, and a smell like mold or wet carpet. When I went down to talk to someone, no one came to the desk for at least 20 minutes. The person who eventually appeared was a man who didn't speak English. Since it was so late, I assume whoever was in charge may have been asleep in the back. My husband didn't want a fuss, so I swallowed my frustration and put up with it. It wasn't worth what we paid, and I wish I could give it zero stars.
10/10
The hotel felt very safe and clean, with a secure parking lot and fresh breakfast every day. Management was outstanding, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. I'd definitely recommend it to family and friends.

A hidden gem, and a great choice if you're after comfort and style. I've stayed at plenty of hotels in the area, and the customer service here stands out. Luis, the manager, is welcoming and friendly, and the rest of the staff seem to take their cue from him. Happy to give this a five-star review.
10/10
My flight was canceled, so I had to stay overnight. I booked quickly with points, and the room and stay were outstanding. Dinner at the restaurants was tasty too. Getting stranded wasn't fun, but this made the night really nice.
10/10
The rate was very reasonable, the room was clean and smelled nice, and the friendly staff sorted out issues right away. I'd definitely stay again.
