The staff made a very difficult trip as pleasant as it could be. My husband was dealing with stage 5 kidney failure, and he has since passed away. I stayed here for nine nights in November 2025, and Sameera and Shea treated me with remarkable warmth and empathy. They gave me a quiet room and made me feel welcome. Breakfast was great each morning, the room stayed clean and tidy, and the billing was always right. The hotel was beautiful and brand new, in a safe area near the highway and shopping. I also liked the fitness center. I’m grateful I met the team here.

Housekeeping kept the rooms, hallways, and shared spaces spotless, and the breakfast was a hit with my kids, especially the waffle maker. The front desk crew, including Shay, Shanice, and Aniya, along with the manager, were helpful and knew their stuff. I stay at different hotels often, especially Hilton properties, and this one has some of the best staff I’ve encountered. Working in events, I know hospitality can get overlooked, but they remembered what guests needed and checked in to see if everything was okay. They made my family feel welcome, and I’ll recommend this place to people visiting the area. A smile and a small kind gesture can mean a lot when you don’t know what someone is going through. The team's attitude says a lot about the leadership. I hope they keep that spirit, and wish them all the best.

My son booked 15 rooms for his wedding, and the staff did a fantastic job. They even decorated the bridal suite with rose petals. The breakfast bar was excellent, with really good hot food. The elevators were quick and roomy enough for luggage, and the beds were clean and a 10. Excellent service.

Maria helped make our stay a top notch experience. The hotel was clean, well kept, and the staff were great. We’d happily stay here again next time we’re in New Jersey.
