I had a three-day reservation and couldn't get any cleaning, even when I called to ask. The front desk representative was pleasant and always said hello, but there was no real room service. The AC didn't work either.

The workers were nice, but I hope management addresses the problems. Our room smelled bad, and there was a strong cigarette and marijuana smell outside. It didn't seem suitable for families with young kids, and we found roaches.
