The price was reasonable, and the staff were really welcoming and friendly. The room temperature was hard to control, though, and the waffle mix was so thin that some waffles came out doughy. I’ll probably skip them on our second morning. The hot tub was nice and working, which has been an issue at other places. Some towels on a rack in the pool room would be helpful.

The staff were super friendly and did what they reasonably could to help. I asked for extra sheets and a few pillows, and they brought them without hesitation. The hotel had clean sheets and towels, warm pool water, and clean pools. The hot water worked, as did the heat and A/C. There are vending machines and washers and dryers downstairs. It’s an affordable, simple place, and that’s what I needed. Breakfast was basic, just waffles and cereal. The rooms could use updating and the beds could use more padding. Don’t expect luxury for this price, but the hotel did the job.

I called Super 8 and the automated system connected me to this hotel by mistake. I was trying to reach the right hotel about a fraud dispute, and I’ve filed a police report. The employee who answered seemed nervous and said she was new. I was especially nice to her. I don’t know what she told the manager, but his claim that I called screaming was a complete lie. He called me back, realized it was the wrong hotel, then got angry and said his employee had told him I was calling the cops. I said of course I’d contact the police over a fraud dispute, and asked how that was a threat. I tried to understand why he was yelling and going back and forth with me so early in the day. He kept raising his voice and accusing me of drama and hostility, even though I was trying to explain that the phone system had directed me there and to defuse things by acknowledging how the misunderstanding might have come across badly. I asked several times for his name, but he refused. He also rejected my calls, so I called back from another line. Again, I couldn’t get a word in. After more arguing, I finally gave him a tongue lashing. He calls himself a manager, but in such a delicate situation he only seemed to be driving his hotel into the ground. Do better!

I was traveling from Arizona to Montana and want to thank the team at your location for looking after me. Their hospitality stood out from the moment I arrived. They were attentive, professional, and even served me breakfast after the scheduled closing time, which made the stay memorable.
