The staff made a real difference, everyone I spoke with was warm, friendly, and focused on making the stay comfortable. The ownership team seems to take pride in running the place, and that showed in the smooth operation and positive atmosphere. Everything was spotless and well cared for, from the lobby to the rooms. For the price, the clean rooms, attentive service, and strong management make this stand out in Tahoe. It was exceptional from arrival to departure, and easily the best hotel in Tahoe. I'd happily come back and highly recommend it.

I appreciated how attentive and great the staff were, and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The hotel was nice overall, but the bed made a really loud noise whenever we moved or got in, which made sleeping difficult. There was no laundry room, which was inconvenient after taking the kids out in the snow and needing to wash clothes. I should have checked beforehand.

Three months after our one-night stay, they charged $15 to my credit card. I caught it and called, and they said it was a "new" tax charge. Seriously, three months later? After a while, the guy said he could refund the money. It felt like a scam, and I cancelled my card. Management was really dishonest. That's no way to do business.

Check-in was quick and easy, the staff were very nice, and the place was pretty clean. We had a pleasant stay and would come back.

The staff had the heat running for us before we arrived on a cold day, which was such a nice welcome. We also appreciated the quality shampoo and conditioner, and the hair dryer came in handy since I'd forgotten mine. The beds were incredibly comfortable too. We had a wonderful stay at the Lakeridge Hotel in South Lake Tahoe, and I'd definitely return.
