I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world, and this one stands out. The service felt like what you’d get at a 5 star hotel. When I had a problem with my card, the staff helped me sort it out and were very kind. Ms.Rita and Mr.Chris were especially professional and knew how to treat guests. Thanks from the bottom of my heart for such a great experience. Keep it up, guys. All the best.

I’d relied on this place for movers for years, though I hadn’t been in a while. Things seem to have changed with new management, and the staff were unpleasant to deal with. I hadn’t even checked in yet, I was just gathering some things, when someone banged on my door and told me to leave. I was in the process of checking in. That was a pretty bad start. If you’re a mover, find somewhere else. This place isn’t being run very well.

Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were top notch. We’d been unsure about staying because of the recent reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised. After a long day of travel, we mentioned our car trouble at check-in, and the front desk sent maintenance staff to take a look and help. It was such a kind gesture. Without their help, our car would have shut down and we wouldn’t have made it home.

The breakfast staff were the highlight. The room itself was decent, but dated, with old carpet and a popcorn ceiling. Most of the electrical outlets didn’t work, the floor had unexplained stains, and the clock was broken. We also had to ask several times for room cleaning and for extra towels and washcloths. The free breakfast was offered to us because our room had been downgraded, and without that, my rating might have been lower. The location is convenient, with restaurants and stores no more than a 5 minute drive away, where you can find just about anything you’d need for a stay in NJ.
