DoubleTree by Hilton San Francisco South Airport Blvd

The in-house restaurant and bar made the stay more enjoyable and convenient. Staff were welcoming and friendly, and the accommodations were clean, neat, and well maintained. My only minor complaint was that the room felt a bit dark because there wasn’t much lighting. I had a pleasant, comfortable stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel San Francisco Airport North, and would consider coming back.

The service was excellent throughout, from the valet to check-in and the bar restaurant. The restaurant deserves special mention for its food. It has a real chef, not just a cook, and in my opinion the food was outstanding, some of the best I’ve had. I travel every week and stay at Hilton hotels 99.9% of the time. I’ll definitely stay and eat here again. Special thanks to Dani, you’re great! When in Modesto, stay here. There’s self parking, but having valet is really nice.

We stayed here four days ago, and two of our bags disappeared from the shuttle trunk when we reached Terminal 1. The driver, the shuttle owner Ram, and the hotel staff seemed calm and brushed it off. We had to keep calling to ask for a manager, and he still has not called me. I believe the manager and Ram are working together to steal guests' suitcases. I later checked Google reviews for Classic Shuttle services and was shocked to see a 1-star rating, with many guests describing bags stolen in the same way. Hilton continues using this provider despite those complaints, which makes it seem like the brand is ignoring what customers have reported. Please keep your luggage safe. I would not stay here or trust Hilton, and I hope this warning helps.

The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful on both visits, and the lobby has a gym plus a 24-hour store. My son and I especially liked getting fresh-baked complimentary cookies at check-in. This was my second stay at this location, and we had a great time. Five stars, and I'd definitely recommend it.
