The onsite food and bar were excellent, and the staff were professional, friendly, and attentive. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the location worked well for visiting nearby sites without getting caught in heavy traffic. A couple of things were off in the room: I couldn’t get it cool because of the thermostat setting, and the fridge seemed to have no control to stop it freezing things. Still, we’ll come back. I’d suggest getting a room with a balcony if you want time to decompress after touring all day.

The staff were friendly and knew their stuff, and the hotel is in a great spot. But parking is charged despite plenty of free parking nearby, which feels unnecessary. The Diamond breakfast benefit barely pays for half the meal, unlike what I’m used to from Hiltons. The hotel restaurant is overpriced, breakfast included, so we’d recommend walking to one of the nearby places instead.

We come back at least twice a year because the whole place feels warm, comfortable, and well run. Austin at the front desk is amazing every time and makes sure we feel welcome and looked after. Delance was also so kind and helpful in the restaurant. Our rooms are always clean, and whenever we have a question or request, the staff respond quickly and professionally. We love returning to the Hilton Southlake and highly recommend it.

We were only there briefly for a family wedding, but I’d happily stay again. We had a lovely, clean hotel and an incredibly warm staff. Since we flew in on the wedding day and needed to get ready, I called ahead and they gave me the room early. I’ve never had a hotel do that before, and it saved us from possibly getting ready at a gas station. There’s a huge outdoor shopping and dining center right outside, and we had breakfast at a nice cafe about a five minute walk away. I was sorry not to have more time to shop!

We’ve stayed here three times now, and it keeps delivering. For our anniversary weekend staycation, Feb 20-22, 2026, I’d mentioned the occasion when booking and found a big cake in the room with “Happy Anniversary” on it. Great hotel, with shops and restaurants close by. We’ll be back.
