We arrived early, and Veda was still very accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was good home cooking. We enjoyed friendly conversation, and Wilfred made sure we were satisfied. Veda even made us a special hot chocolate. Delish! Kudos to them both.

We’d never stayed at a bed and breakfast before and weren’t sure what to expect. Wilfred and Veda treated us like family, which was a new and memorable experience for us. Within five minutes of arriving, Veda told us she’d upgraded us to the Champagne Suite after noticing it was our anniversary. She asked what we liked for breakfast and gave us a $150 voucher for dinner in Greenport. Wilfred and Veda went beyond everything we’d hoped for on our weekend getaway. My boyfriend Marc and I made friends in them, and we can’t wait to make visits to their home a tradition for years to come.

Wilfred and Veda are such kind people. They were attentive to our needs and then some, and we had some really nice conversations over breakfast. The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious, and the coffee was fantastic. Our room was spacious and immaculate, and the house and grounds are beautiful. They made us feel at home. We’ll definitely return, and I highly recommend Arbor View.

We had a great birthday weekend at Arbor View, and we’re already talking about returning. Will and Veda are wonderful, the rooms are beautiful, and the bed feels like butter. Don’t miss breakfast, it’s delicious! The location is everything. Tell Will and Veda that the Jerry's said hi!

Veda’s breakfasts were a highlight, full of flavor and made with fresh local ingredients. Wilfred also knows the area well and gave us spot-on recommendations for North Fork activities and places to eat. They connect guests with the community, and their warmth and thoughtfulness are at the heart of this Victorian B&B. The Champagne Suite is worth considering, with a comfortable bed and nostalgic decor that made for a serene escape. I enjoyed morning coffee in the sun on the nearby deck. The inn blends classic charm and elegant decor with modern comforts, and both its grounds and cozy interiors are meticulously kept. I picked Arbor View House Bed and Breakfast in part because of its awards, and it lives up to its reputation. A true Long Island North Fork gem.
