That heating pump on the wall vibrated and rattled all night, so I couldn’t sleep. And what service? You’re on your own, expected to clean up after yourself and leave by 9:30 a.m. That’s checkout. I won’t be back, thanks.

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s a nice place for kids, with a tennis court, basketball hoop, indoor pool, and gym. It’s a timeshare type of place.

The clubhouse is well maintained, with a great pool and recreation area, plus a large room for parties. The condos’ layout could be better, though. There are no doors between the basement bedrooms and the top floor, so you hear it when someone has a TV on. The location isn’t great either. Furniture is worn and the carpet was dirty. Don’t expect high tech, DVD players and gaming are about as advanced as it gets. Bring your own charger.

The staff, service, and unit were all outstanding, and the resort was modest, peaceful, clean, and very well kept. The mountain views from the window were beautiful. We arrived during a winter storm in December, and although the resort had some power outages, everything was fixed by the time we got there. We mostly dealt with Annette, who felt like family by the time we left. She even set up the fireplace and a whole s'mores kit for us and the kids, then stayed with us for over an hour after she was supposed to head home. Their commitment to guests and the property is incredible. We’re returning this April and can’t wait.
