We booked through Southwest, which recommended this property, but left after just one night even though we’d reserved two. The staff were great and it was close to downtown Spokane, but the beds were so worn out that sleeping there was impossible. We were offered another room, and checked it, but it had the same sagging beds and springs that felt completely shot. This shouldn’t be rented out at a premium price. I’d suggest management talk to a local mattress maker and replace them. The building felt very old, like a boutique hotel, and smelled its age. The thick carpet covered uneven floors. We were on the third floor and had a decent view. Getting in meant ringing through the first set of double doors, which seemed understandable once we saw the neighborhood in the morning, with unhoused people trying to get by right outside the hotel. That may explain the security doors. The room had a large flat-screen TV, but the controls were impossible and there were no instructions. It took two remotes to operate, and we had to call the desk just to get local TV. A real pain. The only thing that seemed updated was probably the front desk software. I wouldn’t recommend Spokane Club for an overnight stay.

Brianna made me feel comfortable the moment I arrived. She has a calm, cool manner and is professional, and she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay.
