I was told there would be breakfast and coffee on the website, but that was a lie. There was barely any coffee and no breakfast. When I asked the front desk lady for an ice bucket, she gave me a dirty one with no liner. Then the ice machine didn't work, and beside it was a nasty spit cup filled with cigarette butts and spit. The hallway with rooms 100-150 smelled like mold. I booked for four people and got only two towels, no soap, and just a shampoo packet and a conditioner packet. The site also doesn't tell you about the $50 deposit, which I'm still waiting to get back. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

We felt safe at this older motel, and I'd stay here again. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was fine, except that we had to buy a tub stopper. The front desk lady who checked us in was welcoming and fixed our key when it didn't work. There are stairs and an elevator for the upstairs rooms, plus coffee machines in the lobby and a table for breakfast. I think they offer a free continental breakfast, but I didn't see any food items the next morning. It's right beside a gas station and convenience store. The motel could use some updates, though. My main complaint was an elderly white lady who brushed my husband off when he said the TV remote wasn't working. She said, “Oh well!” and flicked her hand at him in a get-away gesture. She never sent anyone to check it. The next day I told the front desk lady, who apologized and said she didn't think the remote had been paired with the TV yet. It was very snowy when we arrived, so be careful in winter. The lot wasn't cleared and was slippery with ice and snow, making parking difficult. There's a swimming pool in summer.

The whole building felt creepy. The room was grimy, the door had several holes, half the lights didn't work, and there wasn't a proper blanket. All things considered, it was relatively safe, but this is the sort of hotel room you take when you're having a really bad time or just don't know better.

There were about ten stink bugs all over the room when my family and I arrived, and there was blood on the sheets. You could see straight through the peephole into the hallway, and someone had put a smoke alarm in the microwave. We didn't feel safe there at all. You'd be safer sleeping in your car, even though the doors lock.
