We've been long-term guests and absolutely love staying here. The prices are very reasonable, and it's pet friendly and kid friendly. I have a child, and the whole staff is friendly, helpful, and understanding. If anything's wrong, you can tell someone and they'll sort it out as quickly as they can without making you feel unwelcome. They have some small rules to help keep everyone happy and safe. 10/10, definitely recommend for a short or long stay. You also get a stove and a full-size fridge with freezer.

A laundrymat across the street is about the only good thing I can say. With no TV WiFi and no basic cable, you can watch the laundromat and wait for ICE to show up 🤣. This place is a joke. Look at reviews from the last two months through now, because the older good ones don't count. New ownership and a name change should wipe out those old ratings. It'd be a one-star hotel. The owner has changed things drastically, and I wouldn't recommend staying here to my worst enemy. Sorry, but that's the truth. The guest WiFi drops completely once you walk about 20 feet from the office. Near the office, the locked office WiFi reaches the parking lot for their plate scanner, but guests can't use it. The extenders don't work, and staff either don't know how to fix them or won't pay someone to. When you report the problem, they say “it shows it's working” and leave you stuck. Fees are ridiculous for nearly everything. If your card expires after hours, it's $20. They fine you $100 the first time, $500 the second, and $1,000 the third for propping open a side door, even though there's still no card reader on those doors. They paid for cameras to catch people but didn't install readers. You get ONE roll of TP per week! Roaches spread every time a room gets bombed. There's dog feces and trash around the parking lot and grass. They don't hire anyone ahead of a storm to clear the lot, so you can be stuck for DAYS. If you can't pay for any reason, they kick you out. Payday delayed because of a holiday? Tough. Can't leave because the lot is covered in snow? Tough. Pay or get out.

Nasty hotel. Walk around the building and check the side stairway before renting. The WiFi isn't working, despite what they're telling people. The company downgraded it to a cheap version, which I looked up. Check that on your phone while you walk through. The place is empty. They raised the rent from 40-50 per nt to 69.99 without making any updates. The hotel was bought almost two moths ago, and they run it remotely. If you pay for your room by card, they charge you 25.00 when you come to pay, not when you check in. CASH. There are reports of bedbugs and the roaches are very bad. They never spray. Dogs sleep in the beds, and the doors stay open all night. You're not safe. The new housekeeper is a man who sits in 212 all day on his phone. They fired MS MARRY, the best housekeeper hands down. I spoke with her, and she said $400. They treated the employees badly. You can pay for your room and they'll still say you owe them. They're broke, and employees are stealing money because they aren't paying them. It's a high-traffic drug area too. They'll pull you over. There's a white License Plate reader outside the office, look it up, and say cheese. It's bad. Hope this helps.

We've stayed here and are really happy with it. The manager Mandy is awesome and does her best to accommodate everyone's needs. The front desk workers are great, and housekeeping, the PA, and maintenance know what they're doing. It had a bad reputation before, but they've cleaned the place up a lot. Keep doing what you're doing!
