The room was quiet and the AC worked well, and check-in was very easy. It's close to restaurants, and the bathroom, though small, worked okay with plenty of hot water. The shower was a challenge because its curtain rod had come loose and needs fixing. I'd stay again, but that setup needs attention.

The rooms were decently clean, but this was one of the worst motel stays I've had, and I wasn't expecting luxury. On arrival, staff were rude and didn't give me a receipt. The room smelled of cigarettes, the light fixture was out, and although there were coffee and tea bags, there was no coffee machine. The TV didn't work properly, the location was noisy with all kinds of sounds, and there's no breakfast. With so few amenities, maybe it's worth $60 a night. Stay away.

This was a really unpleasant stay, and I definitely wouldn't come back or recommend it. The building is very old and the facilities need maintenance; the staff also need customer service training. Cigarette smoke was strong in the room, and neither the AC nor the heat worked, so I couldn't sleep because I was cold. There wasn't enough soap in the shower, and the television had no cable.

I've stayed in lots of cheap hotels and motels while traveling, but this was the most unprofessional experience on my list. The desk clerk seemed more stressed than I was, dealing with lots of calls about refunds and other problems. When she finally handed over my key, the room smelled like dirt, not cigarettes. The bed was comfortable, but there were no sheets. When I complained, she said she couldn't provide any, spoke rudely, then went back to the phone. The room phone kept cutting out after a few minutes whenever I tried to call management. The clerk couldn't fix it, but eventually gave me a different phone that worked. Calling management didn't help with my refund issue either. They said the system automatically charges a card once it's on file, and they couldn't refund me. When I asked to have the card removed, they sent me to the desk manager, who was on a smoke break. Then I was told lobby staff handle payment questions, while refunds and free-night compensation are only handled by phone. In the end they said my “reason” didn't qualify, so they were no help. When the desk clerk returned, she said no refund was possible and refused to remove my card until my stay ended, saying I'd have to leave immediately if she did. I stayed the night anyway, which was a terrible decision. The dirt smell got worse, and the outlets were only “half-powered.” Once my phone charged enough to turn on, I tried the Wi-Fi, but it barely worked. Pages took 10 minutes to load and some apps wouldn't run. The clerk blamed the weak outlets on being in a “bad area,” which I didn't believe. The motel seemed in total disrepair, like they were too lazy to fix it.

Roaches were running all over the room, so I grabbed my things and left. I don't claim to be the cleanest person in the world, but I won't stay somewhere with roaches. There was also a broken computer chair in the room. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and it needs to be shut down. I arrived around 7:30 p.m. on 10/5/2025 and asked the front desk woman if there were rooms available. She said yes, but while I handed her my card, she started talking to someone on her personal speakerphone. I thought that was rude and unprofessional. She gave me the key card, and when I asked where my room was, she just pointed out the window. That felt ignorant and rude too. I had to get back in my vehicle and find the room myself. As usual, I turned on the lights and checked for bed bugs, then set my things on the nearby table. When I switched on the bathroom light, I saw the roaches.
