We were very satisfied with the service during our late February stay at GreenStay. Breakfast came with the room and had a good range of choices, which was handy. Our room was comfortable, clean, and looked after, and the hotel was clean throughout. The front desk team were friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

The buffet breakfast was nice, and the rooms were really clean and comfortable. This was my first stay here, and I had a very good time. The front desk staff weren't rude, but they weren't especially warm either, more what I'd call business friendly. I'd definitely recommend giving this hotel a try.

The grounds look nice, and the breakfast was good, with eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy. I was disappointed there weren't Belgian waffles like at many competing hotels. Inside, things need some attention: it's dated, some areas need paint, the breakfast room is missing ceiling, and the wood by the room counter is wearing away. The evening man who checked me in was nice, but didn't explain where my room was or point it out on a map, and he didn't mention the fitness center either. I had to call the desk because there was no blanket, only sheets. The one he brought was a terrible, cheap little throw, the sort you might get at Walmart. They really need to update it.

The room was spacious, but not as good as other motels I've stayed in. I was there for five days and didn't use things like breakfast. The walls are so thin I could follow conversations in the next room, even with the TV on. The heater runs almost constantly, stopping for maybe 5-10 seconds before kicking back in, though at least it isn't very loud.

The manager and daytime staff were very sweet and helpful, and the spot is handy off US Highway 65 at the Chestnut expressway exit, with McDonald's and another burger place within walking distance. For a night or two, if you're not spending much time in the room, it could work. I stayed a week, though, and there were plenty of problems. This is a very dated former Hampton Inn. I arrived a couple hours before check-in after a seven-hour drive and found the lobby bathroom locked. You need to get a key from the front desk just to use it. The place clearly welcomes pets, but both luggage carts were covered in pet hair and dander, and the cabinet holding the microwave and fridge looked clawed up by dogs. The bedding was strange too, two flat sheets with a thin felt-like blanket between them, no comforter. By the third day I noticed the fridge wasn't staying cold overnight. A week's worth of food, including meat, cheese, yogurt, milk, and condiments, got too warm and spoiled, so I had to throw it all away. My room key stopped working every other day and needed reprogramming. The in-wall AC wouldn't cool the room below 75, so expect uncomfortable nights if you like it cooler. The overnight guy/security guard was another matter. His expressions made it clear he hated seeing me come in, lol. I'm black, so I get that a lot.
