ANGELA at Joe's Sports Bar + Grill was so friendly, kind, and knowledgeable that we came back on our last night for a late meal and drinks. She was one of the highlights, along with the Springfield view and our room and its amenities. We spent two nights here, and the whole place was clean and smelled amazing. The rooms were spacious and clean too. 10/10, we’ll be back!

Karin, Ebony & Gigi were some of the best hotel staff I’ve met. The beds and rooms were really comfortable, the restaurant was on point, and the whole hotel was clean. Parking and nearby amenities made it easy to grab a quick dinner, or sit down for a more relaxed one when I had time. I had an awesome stay and would highly recommend it when you’re in the area.

Breakfast was the best part of my stay. The hotel’s location felt odd, the views weren’t inspiring, and my bathroom was cramped and inconvenient. Front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and annoyed by the conference crowds, and should learn to treat large groups courteously. The rest of the experience fell short, and I won’t return.

The complimentary buffet breakfast was a nice feature, but the food wasn’t heated. The hotel has some nice features, though the building, especially outside, needs updating. My room had an unpleasant smell. It may have new owners and be in the middle of remodeling.

It’s across the street from a mall and restaurants, right by the highway on-ramp, and about a half-hour drive from downtown DC without traffic. We were here for a work group event, and Ebony and the other staff were polite, kind, and very helpful. When someone in our party had an AC that didn’t work, they promptly moved and upgraded them.
