We checked in and checked out almost right away. The first room was so dirty it smelled like cat urine and litter, and the odor burned my chest. There were food stains on the walls and ceiling, webs everywhere, and so much dirt and pet dander on the floor that my kids' feet turned black in five minutes. Even the sheets looked dirty. They offered to move us since we couldn't breathe in there, which was nice, but the next room was almost worse. There was actual blood on the sheets, not just stains, so they hadn't been changed. The showerhead wasn't attached properly and sprayed the whole bathroom. When I called the office, they already knew room 232 smelled of cat urine and was hard to breathe in, but still put me and my two small children there without cleaning it. We could still see cat litter on the bathroom floor. They tried to say the smell came from the room next door, which was obviously untrue.

We stayed for 28 days. They charged me an extra $530 for a one-week payment, which overdrew my bank account by that amount. I noticed after checkout and called. They said it was a system issue and told me to dispute it with my bank instead of simply returning the money. My bank couldn't dispute it because they said I'd authorized the payment, which I hadn't and would never have done.

I'm between homes while I wait for an apartment I'll move into in a month, and I've stayed here twice. My first stay was rough. The man who checked me in overcharged the deposit, which was supposed to be $50, and said the $100 I'd paid upfront would be credited back. The heater had trouble working, there was no TV channel guide, and with the Super Bowl that weekend I struggled to find the game among all the commercials. There were no cups in the room either. One good thing was that the manager herself credited back the extra $50. Corbin was the other bright spot. I had to leave for 24 hours, and when I returned he offered to match an online rate if I could find something lower. I still needed another month, and he honored the price and went out of his way to make the stay good. I'd recommend the place for the price and the service Corbin gave me. Without him, I would've left for somewhere else. The ratings are pretty low, but I think more employees like Corbin could make a big difference.

We booked a room for a game and canceled as soon as we saw it. There was pubic hair on the unchanged sheets, flies, a dirty unflushed toilet, a cigarette smell, and no blanket. It was absolutely awful, and getting our refund took forever. Beware, you'd be better off sleeping in your car.
