It's a pretty good place to live high on the frog. The internet needs fixing, though, minus one star for that.

The staff were disrespectful, the room hadn't been cleaned, the beds were dirty, and there were roaches and mice. This place is a dump. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The city should come level it, just saying.

I came back to town because I had to and was waiting for an apartment lease to be signed. This place worked out perfectly, with a beautiful room, friendly neighbors, and people who all loved my dog. They've handled things well here over the last ten years. It's safe, and they do background checks. Great value for the money. Avoid the exorbitant weekly hotel prices at northglenstoneandwestsunshine. I fully recommend fairvue for safety, value, and quality.

The carpet badly needed cleaning or replacing, and there were random holes and cracks in the room. I had to buy my own bug treatments after asking about spraying or bombing. They said pest control came on Tuesdays, but the woman seemed to think I meant bed bugs when I was asking about roaches. Bugs scare me, and this place was gross. Somehow the roaches were friendlier than the staff. My first week and deposit cost $275, then the next week was $201 and some change. I wasn't late or behind on rent, but I got a letter saying we had to leave at the end of week two because of criminal charges on my background. If that was going to be a problem, I wish they'd checked before letting me settle in for the two weeks we were allowed to stay.
