Reyna Cobb made dinner feel especially welcoming. She came over while we were eating to check that everything was alright, and we ended up chatting for quite a while. She was so friendly, and it’s been a long time since I’ve experienced that kind of hospitality. The food was good too: dinner and three drinks were included, as was breakfast the next morning. I’d highly recommend Drury Inn. Keep up the great work!

The hot showers and the included hot breakfast and dinner were nice perks, but the beds were awful. I could feel every spring and woke up with a sore shoulder and aching back. At night the halls smelled of marijuana, and it started creeping into our room. When I called the front desk, they sprayed fragrance to cover it instead of finding out who was smoking and kicking them out. I chose a smoke-free hotel for a reason. I probably wouldn’t stay here again if I’m ever back in the area, though I don’t expect to be anytime soon.

The hot tub was heavenly, and we made use of the treadmills. We love Drury hotels, but the price was nearly $200, so the dinner and breakfast didn’t feel free to us. We got two Tru of Hilton rooms for just a little over $200.

The rooms were clean enough, and the amenities were nice. It also felt very safe and quiet, with locked front doors and video surveillance around the clock. But the blackout curtains leave part of the window uncovered, and the lights outside are incredibly bright at night. If you need a dark room to sleep, this probably isn’t a good match.

Sara greeted us with a big smile when we arrived and even remembered us the next morning as we checked out for home in TENNESSEE! It was our first time in the area, and we had a wonderful stay. The rest of the staff were great too. Drury Inn should be grateful to have an employee like Sara welcoming guests. We’ll recommend this location to friends, family, and anyone traveling to Springfield Mo. Thanks, Drury Inn, for always looking after your guests.
