ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham Springfield Airport PLZ

We had a pleasant stay and would definitely return. The room was mostly quiet, though you could hear footsteps from above, voices through the walls, and the occasional door slam. Trucks on the street were audible too, but things usually settled down around 11 PM. The bathroom was spacious and clean. A couple of towels seemed to have makeup stains, which was a small disappointment, and toiletries were limited to a little bar of body soap and shampoo. The Queen Bed Suite was lovely, with a small kitchenette, fridge, freezer, and stovetop that we didn’t use. The staff were extremely friendly. This newer property offers a nice mix of affordability, quality, and modern design. I hope it keeps up its current standard; I only have a few minor nitpicks.

I’m on the road transporting things all over the country and sleep in hotels most nights, so this was a great find. The bed was comfortable, the towels were nice, and the place was clean. It’s next to big dog deli, which I’d highly recommend. I’ll save this hotel for future stays.

The room was spacious and super clean, with a great view of the highway. The TV kept turning itself on and off, which is why I’d rate the room 4/5, but otherwise I had an amazing three-day stay. The hotel has just opened and is in a good spot, conveniently close to a gas station. The woman working Friday night was so nice and even complimented my shirt, lol. A great start to a long business trip!

The room and property were nice, but the woman at the front desk Sunday morning is why I’m writing this. I’m terrible with names, but she helped get our car unstuck from the snow so I could catch my flight. I only asked whether she had a shovel I could borrow, but she came out to help. I barely made the flight, and without her I would’ve missed it. 10/10 service. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m traveling.
