I’ve been staying here for quite some time. The rooms are clean, have no bugs, and the location is great. I want to give special recognition to Mr Syed at the front desk. Whatever time of day I ask for something, he takes care of it without hesitation and with a smile. The other clerks are great too, but in my opinion he’s an exceptional asset to the Extended Stay America Family. If you’re in the area, ask for Mr Syed and you’ll see what I mean. I’ve had a very disappointing experience here. Both times I stayed, the room I was assigned had a significant pest problem. The first visit was especially unpleasant. I hope management addresses this promptly so future guests can have a cleaner, more comfortable stay.

The location is great, near the mall, grocery stores, and other places to eat. Syed and Eric provided professional, courteous service. When I first asked about room sizes, Syed kindly showed them to me, and I chose one of the largest rooms. I’m very happy with that room. The downside is that my room smells like dog, which makes me question how clean it is. The service I mentioned is horrible and needs to improve. Breakfast is subpar and should be later in the weekend. I also don’t like that the price keeps going up each week. As an extended-stay customer, we should be allowed to keep our initial rate. Apart from those problems, it’s a great place to stay.

Syed has been especially accommodating and pleasant whenever we see him. After just a few weeks, he knew who we were and even remembered our room number. Sawannah, the new GM, has also been great about answering our questions and taking responsibility. She stands by her team and holds herself accountable, which is refreshing. From our very first visit, when my husband and I only stopped in to ask a few questions, the desk staff made us feel welcome. As a short stay it works fine, but for long-term stays it beats our previous place by more than five stars.
