Tyler gave us a fascinating tour of the underground tunnels and made the history feel vivid, explaining life in a time when innovation and leadership shaped things. There’s so much to explore in the mansion, which is full of antiques and has a luxurious charm. Nina was communicative and accommodating while we planned our stay, answering questions and helping us choose the right room for our family of four. The Hartness House room was clean and comfortable, and we all slept well after a full day skiing and snowboarding at Okemo, 25 minutes away. There are some great restaurants nearby, and we highly recommend it.

Nina is the backbone of this property and rescued it from falling apart. We enjoyed an overnight stay and learning about the property's history. The room was very clean and had all the basic amenities. I’d recommend it.

Our wedding reception here was amazing, and the staff and venue couldn’t have been more perfect. They went above and beyond through the whole week and for months beforehand. Guests loved the tunnel tours and everything the venue offered. We also held the bridal shower and rehearsal dinner there. Nina was phenomenal, and when she fell sick the day before, Tyler had big shoes to fill. Everything still went flawlessly. We couldn’t have chosen a better place for the best day of our lives.

Everything went smoothly. We didn’t need a microwave or fridge, though it’s true the room didn’t have either. It was cozy, quiet, and comfortable.
